In order to get tipped, performers need to have a digital tip bucket setup prior to the show. 10% of the gross tips will be calculated at midnight following the broadcast and sent to the shop owner jen@shopretrodaddio.com. The crew running the show will be made up of volunteers and the shop owner is the only entity taking a percentage to help cover overhead.
